The Membership Regulations of BAC/WTO Website

1. Service Article
1.1 Read this Service Article before registration. If you press the “Agree” button, you are considered to accept such article.
1.2 Those individuals, corporations and units that completely accept this article and obtain membership accounts and passwords can be members of BAC/WTO website.

5. Service Termination or changes
5.1 BAC/WTO web has the right to terminate or end providing information service in the following cases: I. Construction, examination or repair of BAC/WTO net equipment; II. 6.1 Members should bear the risks and damages caused by Internet. BAC/WTO web does not need to provide assurance for members facing these risks and damages.
6.2 BAC/WTO web cannot assure that its service is satisfying for every member. Termination of its service cannot be assured to avoid. Moreover, service provided by BAC/WTO web cannot be assured timely, accurate and secure.
7. BAC/WTO web is not responsible for the web pages and websites linked to other websites, since they are not managed and controlled by BAC/WTO web. Hence, members should bear the risks when logging onto other websites and web pages.
8. Jurisdiction Court
The explanation, amplification of this service article and relative disputes can resort to laws in China. The local People’s Court is the first jurisdiction court for BAC/WTO web.

The final explanation right of this service article is reserved by BAC/WTO web.
