Sponsorship Scheme:

The WTO and China: Beijing International Forum sincerely invites sponsorship by enterprises and businesses for this year's forum in any of the following categories :

1. Diamond Sponsor: sponsoring up to RMB500,000 (US$60,000) or above , one sponsor in total

Sponsor entitlements:

•  O fficial title of DIAMOND SPONSOR of “ WTO & CHINA: Beijing International Forum (designated year here)”

•  Entitlement to be the exclusive special co-organizer listed in the forum organiz ation structure

•  Appearance of the sponsor's name and logo i n all the forum's promotional m aterials and on the forum stage backdrop

•  Two free admission quotas as honored guests to attend the opening ceremony, and a time slot for speech delivery during the forum.

•  Five free admission quotas to attend the entire forum

•  Arrangement for meeting and taking photos with participating high-level distinguished guests from China and overseas

•  Invitation to attend the forum's press conference, and give a presentation on your business, products or services

•  Insertion of own promotional materials into the news files for the press conference

•  One advertising balloon floating outside the meeting place during the forum

•  Free advertisement space in the forum brochure

•  Inclusion of own business introduction sheets into the information bag distributed at the forum

•  Free advertisement space on the forum's website

•  Arrangement for interviews by well-known media both at home and abroad, according to sponsor's requirements.

•  Three free advertisements in magazine Economic & Trade Update.

•  Acknowledgement by the organizers at the forum's opening ceremony.

•  Right to entitle forum's first day's luncheon, to deliver a ten-minute speech, to play own promotional video and to set up two image boards on the luncheon site

•  A liaison effort from the organizers for sponsor's other promotional/publicity activities.

2. Platinum Sponsor: sponsoring up to RMB250,000 (US$30,000) , three sponsors in total

Sponsor entitlements:

•  Official title of PLATINUM SPONSOR of “ WTO & CHINA: Beijing International Forum (designated year here)”

•  Appearance of sponsor's name and logo in all the forum's promotional materials and on the forum stage backdrop

•  One free admission quota as honored guest to attend the forum, and a time slot for speech delivery during related topic session

•  Two free admission quotas to attend the entire forum

•  Arrangement for meeting targeted honored guests

•  Invitation to attend the forum's press conference

•  Insertion of own promotional materials into the news files for the press conference

•  Free advertisement space in the forum brochure

•  Inclusion of own business introduction sheets into the information bag distributed at the forum

•  Arrangement for an interview by at least one well-recognized medium in Beijing, and by the magazine Economic & Trade Update

•  Acknowledgement by the organizers at the forum's opening ceremony.

•  A liaison effort from the organizers for sponsor's other promotional/publicity activities.

3. Gold Sponsor: sponsoring up to RMB100,000 (US$13,000) or above, one sponsor in total

Sponsor entitlements :

•  Official title of GOLD SPONSOR of “ WTO & CHINA: Beijing International Forum (designated year here)”.

•  Appearance of sponsor's name and logo in all the forum's promotional materials and on the forum stage backdrop

•  Free advertisement space in the forum brochure

•  A time slot for speech delivery during related topic session

•  Two free admission quotas to attend the entire forum.

•  Arrangement for meeting targeted honored guests

•  Invitation to attend the forum's press conference

•  One page of free advertisement in the magazine Economic & Trade Update

•  Acknowledgement by the organizers at the forum's opening ceremony.

4. Silver Sponsor: sponsoring up to RMB50,000 (USD6,000) or above, no restricted number of sponsors

Sponsor entitlements:

•  Official title of SILVER SPONSOR of “ WTO & CHINA: Beijing International Forum (designated year here)”.

•  Appearance of sponsor's name and logo in all the forum's promotional materials, excluding the forum stage backdrop

•  Two free admission quotas to attend the entire forum

•  Free advertisement space in the forum brochure

•  Invitation to attend the forum's press conference.

•  Acknowledgement by the organizers at the opening ceremony.

Remarks :

•  The above-mentioned sponsorship schemes are negotiable to meet intended sponsors' requirements. Interested parties may direct inquiries to the Secretariat of the forum.

•  The organizing committee of the forum has the right of final interpretation on the sponsorship schemes of the forum.
